The Words Are Important (Part 1)

Legal Definitions as Defined by Blacks Law 4th Edition

There are way to many words to do this in one article, so I will break it up into as many as needed, to get those words I think are important for all to have the legal definition of. Lets start with some of the more common words.

MAN. A human being. A person of the male sex. A male of the human species above the age of puberty.
In its most extended sense the term includes not only the adult male sex of the human species,
but women and children. In feudal law, a vassal; a tenant or feudatory. The Anglo-Saxon relation of lord and man was originally purely personal, and founded on mutual contract. 1 Spence, Ch. 37. (MEN) Is not defined in Blacks Law 4th Edition.

MALE. Of the masculine sex; of the sex that begets young.

WOMEN. All the females of the human species. All such females who have arrived at the age of puberty. Dig. 50, 16, 13. (WOMAN) Not Defined in Blacks Law 4th Edition

FEMALE. The sex which conceives and gives birth to young. Also a member of such sex. The term is generic, but may have the specific meaning of “woman,” if so indicated by the context.

CITIZEN. A member of a free city or jural society, (civitas,) possessing all the rights and privileges which can be enjoyed by any person under its constitution and government, and subject to the corresponding duties. “Citizens” are members of community inspired to common goal, who, in associated relations, submit themselves to rules of conduct for the promotion of general welfare and conservation of individual as well as collective rights. In re McIntosh, D.C.Wash., 12 F. Supp. 177.

In American Law
One who, under the constitution and laws of the United States, or of a particular state, is a member of the political community, owing allegiance and being entitled to the enjoyment of full civil rights. Amy v. Smith, 1 Litt. (Ky.) 331; Minor v. Happersett, 21 Wall. 162, 22 L.Ed. 627. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. Amend. XIV, Const.U.S.; Nyman v. Erickson, 100 Wash. 149, 170 P. 546, 547. A state cannot be a citizen. Query v. 206 Cases of Assorted Liquor, D.C.S.C., 49 F.Supp. 693, 695. But a state and the federal government each has citizens of its own, and the same person may be at the same time
a citizen of the United States and a citizen of a state. The government of the United States can neither grant nor secure to its citizens rights or privileges which are not expressly or by implication placed under its jurisdiction. All that cannot be so granted or secured are left to the exclusive protection of the states. U. S. v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542, 23 L.Ed. 588. A corporation is a citizen of the state where it is organized,
and a foreign corporation does not become a citizen of another state where it is authorized to carry on business, Van Buren v. Connecticut Gen. Life Ins. Co., D.C.Mass., 42 F.Supp. 279, 280; A municipal subdivision, such as county, city, town, or school district, is a citizen, Siegel v. City of Detroit, Department of Street Railways, D.C.Mich., 52 F.Supp. 669; Pettibone v. Cook County, Minn., C.C.A. Minn., 120 F.2d 850, 852.

SUBJECT. Constitutional Law; One that owes allegiance to a sovereign and is governed by his laws. The natives of Great Britain are subjects of the British government. Men in free governments are subjects as well as citizens; as citizens they enjoy rights and franchises; as subjects they are bound to obey the laws. Webster. The term is little used, in this sense, in countries enjoying a republican form of
government. The Pizarro, 2 Wheat. 245, 4 L.Ed. 226; Swiss Nat. Ins. Co. v. Miller, 267 U.S. 42, 45
S.Ct. 213, 214, 69 L.Ed. 504.

CONSTITUENT. He who gives authority to an- other to act for him. The term is used as a correlative to “attorney,” to denote one who constitutes another his agent or invests the other with authority to act for him. Kunz v. Lowden, C.C.A.Kan., 124 F.2d 911, 913. It is also used in the language of politics, as a correlative to “representative,” the constituents of a legislator being those whom he represents
and whose interests he is to care for in public affairs; usually the electors of his district.

INDIVIDUAL. As a noun, this term denotes a single person as distinguished from a group or
class, and also, very commonly, a private or natural person as distinguished from a partnership,
corporation, or association; but it is said that this restrictive signification is not necessarily inherent in the word, and that it may, in proper cases, include artificial persons. State v. Bell Telephone Co., 36 Ohio St. 310, 38 Am.Rep. 583. As an adjective, “individual” means pertaining or belonging to, or characteristic of, one single person, either in opposition to a firm, association, or corporation, or considered in his relation thereto.

ARTIFICIAL PERSONS. Persons created and devised by human laws for the purposes of society and government, as distinguished from natural persons. Corporations are examples of artificial persons. 1 Bl.Comm. 123. Chapman v. Brewer, 43 Neb. 890, 62 N.W. 320, 47 Am.St.Rep. 779.

ELECTOR. A duly qualified voter; one who has a vote in the choice of any officer; a constituent.
DeBauche v. City of Green Bay, 227 Wis. 148, 277 N.W. 147, 148 While the terms “electors” and “voters” are sometimes used interchangeably, their meaning is not precisely the same, “electors” being properly applied to all those entitled to vote, whereas “voters” appropriately designates only those actually voting. State ex rel. Chaney v. Grinstead, 314 Mo. 55, 282 S.W. 715, 719. A fortiori, “electors” is a broader term than “registered voters.” City of Dayton, Ohio, v. City Ry. Co., C.C.A.Ohio, 16 F.2d 401, 405.

REGISTERED VOTERS. In Virginia, this term refers to the persons whose names are placed upon the registration books provided by law as the sole record or memorial of the duly qualified voters of the state. Chalmers v. Funk, 76 Va. 719.

LEGAL VOTER. A person having constitutional requirements and who is registered. Public Service Electric & Gas Co. v. City of Camden, 13 N.J. Misc. 693, 180 A. 778. A person having constitutional qualifications, though not registered. Branstetter v. Heater, 269 Ky. 844, 108 S.W.2d 1040. A person invested by law with right to vote. Wright v. Lee, 125 N.J.L. 256, 15 A.2d 610, 611. A person qualified by Constitution and laws of state to vote. Lefler v. City of Dallas, Tex.Civ.App., 177 S.W.2d 231, 235. One having right to vote in municipality is a “legal voter” within statute concerning call of special election on adoption of municipal manager form of government, Wright v. Lee, 125 N.J.L. 256, 15 A.2d 610, 611.

This is a good point to stop at. Next article will start with the word “Person”. From there it will move into the “National” movement, to show what they are getting right and what they are getting wrong. It may prove to be one of the most important I have put out up to this date.

So; Here We Are!

It has been over two years since I last published anything here. Have made new friends and lost some old friends, just based on my views of where we are in this struggle to regain our freedoms.

This go round I am going to post three words and there definitions as found in Blacks Law- 4th edition. Here we go!

SOVEREIGN. A person, body, or state in which
independent and supreme authority is vested; a
chief ruler with supreme power; a king or other
ruler with limited power.
In English law. A gold coin of Great Britain,
of the value of a pound sterling.

SOVEREIGN PEOPLE. The political body, consisting of the entire number of citizens and qualified electors, who, in their collective capacity, possess the powers of sovereignty and exercise them through their chosen representatives. See
Scott v. Sandford, 19 How. 404, 15 L.Ed. 691.

SOVEREIGNTY. The supreme, absolute, and un-
controllable power by which any independent
state is governed; supreme political authority;
paramount control of the constitution and frame
of government and its administration; the self-
sufficient source of political power, from which
all specific political powers are derived; the international independence of a state, combined with the right and power of regulating its internal
affairs without foreign dictation; also a political
society, or state, which is sovereign and independent. Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 Dall. 455, 1 L.Ed. 440;
Union Bank v. Hill, 3 Cold., Tenn., 325; Moore
v. Shaw, 17 Cal. 218, 79 Am.Dec. 123; State v.
Dixon, 66 Mont. 76, 213 P. 227.
The power to do everything in a state without
accountability,—to make laws, to execute and to
apply them, to impose and collect taxes and levy
contributions, to make war or peace, to form
treaties of alliance or of commerce with foreign
nations, and the like. Story, Const. § 207.
“Sovereignty” in government is that public authority
which directs or orders what is to be done by each member associated in relation to the end of the association. It is the supreme power by which any citizen is governed and
is the person or body of persons in the state to whom there
is politically no superior. The necessary existence of the
state and that right and power which necessarily follow is
“sovereignty.” By “sovereignty” in its largest sense is meant supreme, absolute, uncontrollable power, the absolute right to govern. The word which by itself comes nearest to being the definition of “sovereignty” is will or
volition as applied to political affairs. City of Bisbee v.

7. CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. — A state must exercise its sovereignty through the action of individuals, and it may deputize to other political organizations the duty to carry out certain functions which, though limited in their scope, are in their performance as much an exercise of sovereignty as when the corporate state itself exercises its universal sovereignty.

Government is not sovereignty. Government is the machinery or expedient for expressing the will of the sovereign power.’ Definitions of sovereignty might be almost indefinitely multiplied, but these which have been given I believe to be sufficient to give an accurate idea of its nature. This sovereign power in our government belongs to the people, and the government of the United States and the government of the several states are but the machinery for expounding  or expressing the will of the sovereign power.”

Three very powerful words. Using them incorrectly can be of much detriment, using them correctly can be of much benefit. Learning and knowing how to use them correctly is the challenge. I am of the mind that there is still much to be learnt here. But, I am also of the mind that at some point, (soon), we must move forward and do our best to get it right.

It is something I have been working on for some time now. I have even reached out to a new friend with this and am hoping to hear back from them soon. It is my hope that together we can figure out the best way to move forward with this.

Are You a Human Being?

The quick and simple answer is …YES! All of us from our earliest days of learning have been taught that we are HUMAN…, we are part of the HUMAN Race… Therefore we are indeed a human being.

For those of you who believe that and get upset easily when challenged, you may want to stop right here. For challenge you is exactly what I plan to do. For those of you who are not a believer in a God /Creator or very religious, this may not bother you as much as it will those who are believers and religious.

Let’s start with asking when was the term, (Human Being), first used. The best I have been able to come up with is this….- With regard to the exact phrase “human being” (or “human beings”), dictionaries indicate that the term emerged into common usage at a surprisingly late date. Merriam-Webster’s Eleventh Collegiate Dictionary (2003) gives a first occurrence date of 1751 for “human being,” although a Google Books search discloses an instance from 57 years earlier. Next, I searched the legal definition of Human/being…. This one was one of those circle backs, Human/s can be defined as being monster/s…. then Monsters can be defined as Human/beings… Further research into it leads to different possibilities…. Such as being born out of wedlock, or not being a citizen of any state, or being deformed at birth, or being of an evil nature…. Just a few possibilities, none of which that I can verify…. But, I always get to the same point of deformity or evil.

I find it extremely interesting that the word (Human) and the term (Human Being) is so commonly used by people today. However, at the same time it is perfectly understandable, since few people ever take time to research words.

Now on to the really important part of this. The late coming of these words, explains why the KJV, (KING JAMES VERSION) of the bible has no mention of them in it. And the KJV makes it clear that we were created as Living Souls, (not Human Beings).

This is the reason I stopped calling myself a Human or Human Being over 10 years ago. All my research of these words lead to the same conclusions, (deformity or evil). When asked if I am a human/being, I always say no, I am that which I was created as, (a Living Soul), as is plainly stated in the KJV of the BIBLE.

Find below my research of the KJV Bible and I pray you start to understand how you have been deceived into calling yourselves something you are not.

Genesis 2

7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a  living soul.

If there are no mentions of “human/beings” in our Bible, why would we agree to call ourselves something that we clearly are not?

I know you may think that it is okay to call yourself a Human/Being, but I urge you to do the research, (although it is not easy to do), and prove me right or prove me wrong. If you can prove me wrong then, please share it with me so I can be corrected in my thinking. If you can not prove me wrong then, please share this information with all that you care for and love.

Although I could go on for a much longer time, I will not. I will end this with just a few thoughts for you to consider.

Remember we were all created in the image of our God, we were created out of Love, not sin or evil. We were created out of so much LOVE that God choose to give us free will, and this is where sin and evil came into being.

In giving us free will God knew that we would turn to sin, so from the beginning God set our life as a test, for us to prove that we could control our sin’s and become worthy of the Love that created us.

We are once again at a point of total failure, as we continue to allow ourselves to easily be deceived. We still fail to understand that we either speak words of LIFE or we speak words of DEATH…

As stated in other posts I have made, the words we speak are very important, until that is truly understood we will continue to fail.

What is Freedom

Much is said about “Freedom” but little is actually understood about what freedom really is. As I say this you will undoubtedly think this individual is crazy, or you may even leave without continuing to read any further.

That is your choice and of course your right to choose. So, here goes. The only real Freedom anyone has is that of “Free Will”.

By our “Free Will” we choose our form of servitude and who that servitude will be to. And there are only, truly, two choice’s for our servitude. We can either choose to be in servitude to our Lord God,( in which case we will be in servitude to our fellow man, through our Gods Direction, found within his word), or we can choose to be in servitude to man.

Now. Of course there are and will be those of you who think you can be in servitude to yourself and avoid the traps of being in servitude to any other. Then there will be those who think that they can be in servitude to our Lord God and still be a part of mans world.

Both of course are in fact wrong! No man can serve two master for long, for one will become more important than the other and then that other only gets homage from you. And no man can be in servitude to themselves, for they must interact with others to gain that which they need to survive.

This is one of my favorite scriptures; 1 Corinthians 2:12-13, “ Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.”

This is a wonderful clue about how important words are.

Here are couple more to drive the point in. James 1:26, “the way a man uses his tongue is a test of his spiritual strength” and Matthew 4:4, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” one last one; John 6:63,68,“…the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life

Can you begin to see just how important words truly are?

Do you see that we speak either words of life, or we speak words of death, there is no in between.

Words of Deception

Words of man are deceitful and used to trap us into becoming a servant to their Governments. A perfect example of this is when you say the “Pledge of Allegiance.” Once you have spoken the words of that allegiance, what happens to your allegiance to God?

Remember, you can not serve two masters! But, you say we are a Nation under God. Yes, I will not disagree, but a nation is not the Government, a nation is the people united under Gods Laws.

A government is created by man, therefore a fictitious thing, even our Republic Government is created by man. It only exists so long as people of the world, allow it to exist. Furthermore it is not even a true Republic at the moment.

True servants of God, understand that God allows and wants governments to be created by man as a means to chastise us and remind us of just how evil man can and usually are towards their fellow man. They understand that they can be “in the world” and still not be “of the world.”

Unfortunately there are few who are not of the world, due to the thorough deception that has been carried out against us. We failed to pay attention to what was being done in the long run. It was spread out over so many decades that we have failed ourselves.

So, are we forever trapped into being “of the world.” No, but we must start now, (today), to start the process of enabling us to return to a status of being “in the world”, thereby allowing us the opportunity to return to the Kingdom of God.

There is talk of this “Great Awaking”, and I agree that there is an “awaking” happening, how “Great” it is, is yet to be seen. So far, it seems that most are stuck in the beginning stages of it, and are willing to play the games of men, instead of making any kind of real change take place.

To finish up here is something for all to think about. “Turn from the ways of the world created by man, return to the ways of God and Gods Law.” Take action to return this nation to a nation of the people and remove it from the hands of evil man.

The first step might just be the “Awaking Resolutions”, found in  the article posted previously. The battle will be long and hard to win, but it will be worth it in the end.

The Sovereign Peoples Resolutions

As a reminder of what we have lost. 

In Congress, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

You notice that there are four highlighted sections. Let’s discuss them for a minute.

1. 1. 1. At the top you see that the word united is in all lower case letters; meaning it is not part of the title. Therefore we see that at first this country was to have a government to be named the “States of America“.
      2. “More desposed to suffer, while such evil is suferable”; This is where we are today, close to the end of what we ae willing to continue to suffer.
      3. “It is their duty”; Not just a right, but our duty, to make the changes needed to ensure our Freedoms.
      4. The word “United”: Is now capitalized, Making it part of the title and the name of the Federal Government. This is our first clue that these Representatives already had a plan in mind for us.

That plan soon came to be called our Constitution. The “Constitution” was ratified in 1787 and the “Bill of Rights” incorporated into it in 1791.

The beginning of the Constitution.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Resolution 1. We the sovereign, the people of the; “States of America”, united, do hereby demand that the peoples Government be return to their power; of the people, by the people, for the people; as it was intended to be. That the Corporate Government, (created by the Organic Act of 1871), be dissolved and our Government be returned to us as a true Republic.

Resolution 2. We the sovereign people of the States of America, united, demand that the following changes be made to our Constitution; to ensure that never again can our Government become a corrupt Corporate entity an a power unto itself; The beginning of our Constitution shall read as follows; We the sovereign, the people of the “States of America“, united, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty an Posterity for the sovereign people, do ordain this Constitution for the “States of America“. Further require that all instances of the wording “of the United States” be changed to “for the “States of America” united; (where appropriate), throughout the Constitution and all Amendments attached thereto. (All “Amendments“, and “Bill of Rights“, to be reviewed for necessity).

Resolution 3. We the sovereign people of the “States of America” united, demand that the Act of 1913 which created a Central Bank; named the “Federal Reserve”, ( which is privately owned), be repelled and dissolved; and that the control of our currency be put back into the hands of our Congress; and that such currency be back by precious metals, gems and other appropriate resources as required. Further require that all those individuals who have a ownership interest in the central Bank, (Federal Reserve), be arrested and Tried for numerous crimes against our Nation, (the “People“), of the “States of America“.

Resolution 4. We the sovereign people of the “States of America“, united, demand that all laws under the color of law; which do not result in harm to another individual or their property be repelled and dissolved immediately; we further demand that all laws under the color of law that require licenses that have to be renew at given points of time be repelled and dissolved; and be replaced with one time requirements of testing to ensure that such individuals are of mature age and can operate/handle such equipment/tools properly; they may be required to retest only in and when they have caused harmed to another individual and/or their property, they may have such rights permanently revoke only after a minimum of three incidents of causing harm; if however they cause harm that results in death they can loss rights permanently after only one incident; they could also be required to spend time in prison for such incident.(Any document requiring a photo, will require photo updated every 10 years).

Resolution 5. We the sovereign people of the “States of America“, united, demand that any and all new laws must be based on doing HARM; harm can be defined as; that which results in Attempted or actual damage and/or injury and/or loss to another individual and/or their property.

Resolution 6. We the sovereign people of the “States of America”, united, demand that all elected officials at all levels take immediate steps to ensure that the above resolutions are met in a timely manner; meaning not years till they are corrected ; but no more than two years from now.

To all elected officials at all levels of Government, please be advise that we the sovereign people of the, (currently known as), United States of America; will not give in; will not give up; will not back down; until such time as our Government is once again a true Republic and back in our hands.

The Ongoing Battle

Why did it happen?

Complacency!  Plain and simple, we forgot to stay vigilante. No sooner did we gain our freedoms and independence than we fell asleep, thinking all would be good from that point on. How wrong we were.

No sooner had we won , than Loyalists began plotting our demise, by way of creating a Centralized Government.  Yes, that is correct, there were still those loyal to the British, that wanted nothing more than to see us back under the control of their Kingdom. And what a plan it was, worded in ways that lead us to believe that we would remain a free Nation.

Believe we did to our lost. Once the centralized Government was in place they knew that it was only a matter of time till they would have complete control over this Nation and “We the People”

The next step was the Organic Act of 1871, (which created a Corporation that would run the Government), that in essence turned us all into slaves for them over a very short period of time. Once the Corporation was in place and contracted with all the States, (which turned them into Corporations as well), their control was almost complete.

The next step, was the creation of the Centralized bank in 1913 ,named the “Federal Reserve”, (a privately held bank), to take responsibility for our money.. The fact that it was privately held was hidden from the people, making it easier for them to accept it.

In another short period of time they created the IRS and the SSA. Smart and crafty. they knew that they could not take by means of Taxation without convincing the people that it was for their benefit. The reason the SSA was created, that was the “it will be there for you at retirement”, so you will have an additional means of support, and not have to work full time til you died.

There is so much more to this as the decades went by, but This is only meant to get “YOU; to do some real research for yourself and through that discover just how much you have actually lost since the creation of the centralized Government.

Discover for yourself that we are a Crown Colony of Great Britain. Discover for yourself how we can actually get “OUR” nation back.  Yes, they left us a way to get it back, but that will take you doing some research for once, (that is , if you want your nation back). Here is a clue though, it has to do with “sovereignty”.

This is mainly for those of you who are starting to awaken, “starting’ being the key word here.

There have been those of us who have been talking about all of this for decades, some over 20 years, and some for over 40 years.  This is the first time in all thees years that there appears to be some real hope for all of us, (at LAST).

With GOD’s help may this “Great Awaking” continue till we all have our Nation, (as a True Republic), and our FREEDOMS back.

You Can’t Handle The Truth

The Truth Will Set You Free

If the truth will set you free, but at the same time, you can’t handle the truth, then how can anyone ever become free?  At what point can someone handle the truth, and who decides when that is?

Now let’s agree that first and foremost that both of these sayings are “opinions”.  If you tell me I can’t handle the truth, it is your opinion. You can not prove that I can or can not handle that truth without first telling me that truth.

Most, if not all of us have been hearing both of these sayings for as long as we have been alive. And most have never taken the time to think about what they really mean. Both seem simple enough to understand, and most of us probably do understand them in there simplistic meanings.

Before we get any further into this, let’s agree on what the word “Truth” means.  Truth put as simple as possible is that; which is correct, and/or factual, and/or provable.

Why is this important?

Once we understand that they are “opinions” first, we can begin the process of questioning every time we hear them used.  More importantly we can ask them to prove their assertion that we can not handle the truth; by telling us the “Truth”, or that, the, truth will set us free; by sharing that “truth” which will set us free.

Is it as simple as that? Yes and no. If you understand this, then you understand that one persons truth may not be another persons truth One example that proves this would be a person who is color blind, (lets say they can not see the color Red), if there is no such color for them, then their truth is different than a non color blind person.  Both are the truth for how each see the color.

Now, for the tricky part of this. Remember what we agreed truth means. Well here we have two truths.  Both are correct, factual, and provable. Both are right in what they see.  Neither is more true than the other.  At this point we should be able to agree that one persons truth nay not be another persons truth.

Lets take another step into this, and shake things up a little.  We place two people in a room, (one color blind), and have them agree on what colors are being shown to them and can not come out until finishing the task/job.  They are in agreement until Red comes up. What happens now?

Here are the most probable outcomes.                                                                                             1. The argue relentlessly and non stop, because neither can handle the truth of the other, and remain a captive in the room                                                                                                       2.  They argue for a while and then just stop communicating altogether, and remain a captive of the room.                                                                                                                               3.  They argue for a while and finally reach a compromise, name the color,  and that sets them free.

Notice in #3 it did not say they named the color correctly. So, for the sake of argument let’s point out that they finally realized that they were not told that the colors had to be correct, they just had to agree on the color.  That realization is the truth that set them free.

Yes, real life is more complicated than this simplistic scenario. It’s meant to be simplistic , because sometimes the best way to open someones eye’s is to keep things as simple as possible.  The whole hope of this article is that it has opened your eyes a little more.  And that from this point forward every time you hear something that indicates you can’t handle the truth, or that it will set you free; you question and or even demand that that truth be shared with you to prove it correct or incorrect.

Road to Freedom??

More an more people are coming to the realization that they are in fact enslaved, with no real freedom.

The problem they now face is discovering how best to regain their real freedom. Seems like people still do not understand; that so long as we, (The people), remain in these different factions, (SIDES), we have no real chance of regaining real freedom.

Therein lies the real problem. There is always going to be those who push the factions, (SIDES), just to keep you from seeing the big picture. They want you to concentrate on a single tree, not the whole forest. So long as people allow themselves to be pull into these different factions, they, (The Shadow Government), maintain a firm grip on the control of what happens within all countries and nations, in other words the Government’s of the world.

It is in their best interest to keep people divided, and the more divisions, (factions) , the better. This is the reason you are seeing splinter groups, (factions), forming so fast, just one difference of opinion, an you have a new faction started. This is the reason you are seeing it happen not to just the Left, but also the Right, and all other sides.

People are concentrating on issues that mean little to nothing in the big picture scheme of it all. Until such time that people can see how all these issues are being used within the big picture scheme, we have no chance of ever actually winning back real freedom. At best we may from time to time cause some setbacks to the agenda of the shadow government, thereby delaying their process a little.

Lets take a look at some of these factions. We will start with; The Left, Middle, and Right, 3 factions with supposedly completely different views. Fine, we will go with that being correct. Springing from these 3 factions come all other factions. Factions such as, ( no group names, just issues), wall, no wall; open borders, closed borders; vaccines, no vaccines; chemtrails, no chemtrails; climate change, no climate change; for Trump, against Trump. There are so many more, but you get the idea.

Virtually all factions have some good points, and some bad points. The problem with virtually all factions is that no two can hardly ever sit down together and hold actual adult conversations, without falling into arguments. Each revels in proving the other wrong instead of each searching for any good that could be applied to both. So much for thinking the people of the world will ever come together in any kind of real unity, other than that of being control and enslaved.

So, you can start to understand that there is no road to freedom without seeing the big picture. The picture so many still refuse to see yet alone believe. That there is and has been a Shadow Government working for decades to come to power as the rulers of the world. Worse yet, most fail to see just how close they are, even now, to fulfilling that desire.

Listening to and reading about how Trump is winning against them, is just so laughable, that it borders on stupidity. The most that has happen from what Trump has did so far, is some minor setbacks for them. A 10 to 20 year delay means nothing to their big picture scheme, not when they have been at this for well over a 100 year time frame already.

The only way to actually begin winning is to cut the head of the snake off. That means ending all central banks being in the hands of private owners. Starting with the IMF, and Federal Reserve. Then the rest, then and only then can the people of the world have any chance of regaining real freedom. That will be just the beginning of the fight, and it will not be a easy fight at all.

Once that fight is fought, if it is ever fought, we will then be able to start concentrating on the other issues that do in fact matter to us as a people of the world.

Freedom VS False/Fake Freedom

Let’s start this one by taking a look at the various definitions of ; Freedom, and try to come to some conclusions that make sense.

h : unrestricted use: gave him the freedom of their home

Here is something from a few well known folks that should help you understand how they want you to see freedom.

I have said many times over the last few decades that “Words are the most powerful weapons in the world”.  Here we have some terrific examples of that power.

Starting with 1 a., (which I find to be the best of those definitions offered), and the word: necessity. Necessity, which can also be said to be a “Need or Requirement”. Next, the word: absence, which can also be said to be “A lack of or missing”. Meaning you can also say that; “freedom has a lack of or missing need or requirement; in choice or action”.

Although this is a falsehood when it comes to real freedom, it defines perfectly the false freedom we live under in today’s world. Real freedom has both needs and requirements in both choice and action. Real freedom means you are “required” to think before you make a choice or  take action. Real freedom means you “need” to understand the effects your choice’s and actions will have not only on yourself, but quite possibly many others as well, in all aspects of life.

False freedom, (which we live under from birth til death), would have you believe that you are free because you get to choose which insurance company you buy your various “required” insurances from. Real freedom would not require you to buy any insurance unless you choose to do so. False freedom would have you believe that you free because you can go hunting and fishing so long as you have the required license. Real freedom would not require that you have a license to provide food for your family and or yourself.

Let’s go to 2 b., and the word privilege. “Privilege”, which can also be said to be; “The granting of a benefit”.  How many times have you heard it said ” you live in the greatest country on earth, because you have the privilege of living/being free”.  How many of you have ever stopped to think about what was really said?  They have been throwing it right in your face for decades, and you have failed to recognize it, for what it is.

Look at the definition and open your eyes to what it is they have been and still are telling you:

:  a right or immunity granted as a peculiar benefit, advantage, or favor

The key word here is “granted”, so even if you see  it as a right, right here, you can see they are telling you, it is granted by them. Which means it can also be taken away by them, and it is whenever you do not follow their rules and do what they tell you to do. Ergo, the freedom you think of as being real freedom is in fact a false freedom.

If by now you do not see and understand the false freedom you live under, you most likely never will. For those of you who do see and understand it, the next article will be about how to regain your real freedom. But, most, if not all of you will never be willing to take the steps needed, as it would entail to great a loss to you.

The Patience of Evil!

I know, it’s a catchy headline. It is meant to be. Evil is one of the most patient forces on earth. For centuries evil has plucked away at what is good and turned it into bad, and promoted what is bad into that which is good. It has did this so slowly that most people do not even recognized that it has happened.

What is evils ultimate goal? It is the same as it has been from the beginning, to have complete control over everything. It is accomplishing this by taking away your freedoms. The fewer freedoms you have the less control you have in your own life. This is the essence of how evil works; it uses the, “one step at a time”, approach, and it uses this approach over huge amounts of time. By doing it, in this way, most people will fail to see and understand what is happening to them until it is to late.

As recorded in the bible, we have been warned from the beginning, about the patience of evil, and to be on guard at all times. That is our big failure, we have not ever truly been on guard, we have relied on the religious leaders to do this for us. This was not what we were ask to do, we were asked to take responsibility and do it ourselves. Thus, we have allowed religion to become a religion of man, ruled as much by those who are evil as it is by those who want to do good. Nay, even more so by those who are evil, some without even knowing that this is what they are promoting.

One of the lessons Jesus taught in parables, but rarely if ever taught, is that the path to God includes your retaining your rights and freedoms, granted to us all by our creator. This is most recognized in his saying, “Give back to Cesar that which is Cesar’s”, and ” Be no part of the world”. Thus you can begin to see and understand the patience of evil.

Think about this for a while. God did not create kings to rule over us. Man did this, an God let it happen since he gave us free will to rule our own lives. When we decided that we needed Kings, Queens, and Rulers to lead us, we started down the path to losing our free will; i.e. our freedoms. Looking back at history one can clearly see that by putting power into the hands of a few has always led to destruction and death of the many.

This is where we have been for many decades now. War almost non stop for 200+ years now, with the death and destruction that goes with wars. This is what the few have thrust upon the many, for many an various nonsensical reasons. There is rarely a good reason to go to war with any other country. This, then brings us to the problem of having a Government grown to big.

To understand how we got to where we are at, you must first understand where we began from. Most people think that when we won our independence from Britten, we became a nation of the United States of America. This is not the case. When we won our independence we became a country of many states of which each was considered its own mini nation; thus The Articles of Confederation were created. This created a Union of States referred to as the States of America. Thus a short lived Republic was born.

Eleven years after the Republic was created, the centralized form of Government was created, and a constitution was written and ratified. First without a Bill of Rights in 1787, but, the Non Federalists fought a good fight and ensured that, that bill was included by 1791. This then was the true start of our centralized form of Government. Even here in the first writing of the Constitution our nation was referred to as the States of America. Thus each state was still seen as a mini nation, that had united/joined together, or created a union, to work for the betterment of the people, under this centralized form of Government.

Are you starting to see the patience of evil yet? By the 1860’s virtually all states had contracted with what we now call the Federal Government, giving up most of the States control of their respective forms of Governments. Aligning themselves with what the Federal Government wanted, control in the hands of the few over the many. So much so that by 1871 the newly created District of Columbia Corporation was declared the seat of the Federal Government. The constitution was rewritten and the Federal Government was Declared a Corporation as well.

The States too have become subsidiary corporations of the Federal Government. DO the research and you can discover this is true. Thus, begins the true loss of freedoms of all. When you declare yourself a citizen of a State you are also required to declare yourself a Citizen of the United States of America. If you do not do so, you lose all ability do receive any benefits granted by the States or Federal Government. Think I am wrong, tell any State agency that you are not a citizen or legally permitted immigrant of the United States of America and see what happens.

Now here is the kicker, by declaring yourself a citizen of the Untied States of America, you are in fact declaring yourself a member of this corporation. And like any corporation you only truly have privileges an not rights per say. This is how they have over the decades turned your God given rights into privileges, you gave up your freedom and rights freely, and never even understood that you were doing so.

It’s truly brilliant how evil has used PRIDE to accomplish all this. Pride in State, pride in Country, pride in nation, pride in fighting wars, pride in starting wars, and the list goes on. Pride in all its forms has been used to distract you from your loss of freedom and rights. Even worse they tell you, you are free, and you believe it. What they fail to tell you is that you are only free so long as you do what they want you to do. Keep being good little boys and girls and we will continue to give you some of what you want, even if it means creating a debt that can not be paid back in a thousand years. And the vast majority of you listen and believe them.

They use schools, religions, and government agencies at all levels to promote pride in its many forms. You have been taught not to think as a free human, but to instead listen to them and think what they want you to think. And, to many of you do, you think it is okay for them to have control of everything. You think it is okay for them to impose their will over our own will, that we must fall in line and obey.

Are you yet, starting to see how the patience of evil works? We are in the final stages of evil having a complete win. Are we going to let this happen to our children and grandchildren as well as many more generations to follow? Is it not time that we recognize how evil works and start destroying those works in the name of true freedom? Is it not time to stop being a slave to a system that controls us from birth to death? It is up to each of you to decide if you want real freedom or if you want to continue to be enslaved by the current system
